Who are we?
We are a family-oriented Christian homeschool co-op dedicated to enhancing learning and developing together.
Our program includes a family-style unit study, personal projects, creative and messy extracurricular activities, and events or field trips for added fun.
We are smaller co-op that places an emphasis on quality not quantity. We want our co-op to feel like a family. We spend a lot of time ensure the kids have amazing classes where they are not only learning and being academically challenged but they are also getting messy, making experiments, creating kitchen concoctions, and learning handicrafts.
We encourage messy crafts, experiments and play.
We also encourage each child to challenge themselves and step outside of their comfort zone while retaining their unique personality and interests.

What can I expect?
Each week your child will take two different classes. We do a rotation of STEM, art, history and science so that those subjects are covered over the school year.
The kids also get a snack/ break time. When the weather permits we are outside otherwise inside the kids enjoy playing games, trading Pokemon cards, making bracelets and more.

We also hold events like tea parties, glow parties, holiday parties as well as taking field trips together and meeting up for park play dates and hiking.
A couple times throughout the year we also do projects the kids can choose to present on. Along with potato decorating contests and other fun events.
What is parental involvement?
We are a small co-op and we require that parents are actively participating in roles such as teaching, assisting, clean up, etc.
Parents are required to submit a background check or a form of licensure (teacher, nurse, C&C).
How long does the co-op last?
We have 2- 8 week sessions per semester (fall and spring).
We run for 8 weeks and then take a 2-3 week break. This keeps our kids and teachers from burning out.
Where and when do we meet?
We meet at Community Bible Church in Mansfield on Fridays from 1:00 -3:30 pm.
What ages are in the co-op?
We currently have kids from ages infant -15 years old.
Please note that you must have at LEAST one child who will be 6 by January 1st, 2026 to be eligible.
How much does it cost?
Co-op costs $50 per FAMILY per SEMESTER or $100 per family for the entire year.
These costs cover supplies and field trips.

The kids at Gathered Co-op not only get to take unique classes but they also get the opportunity to pursue and research topics outside of class for the end of Semester projects. In the past our kids have presented science experiments, biomes, mammals, ocean animals and more.

We are a small co-op and we typically fill spots quickly. Please note that we accept families based on the availability that we have in each class and not necessarily the order in which you applied.
